SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All orders are subject to availability. If an item for whatever reason is not in stock at the time you place your order, I will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on the website are only available for delivery to addresses in Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland. Any shipments outside of these areas are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, I will make every effort to fulfill your order within one (1) business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note I do not ship on Saturdays / Sundays
Date of delivery may vary due to the carrier, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Main Carrier used is the Royal Mail and as such is restricted to their operating times.

Some deliveries may require a signature or if a missed delivery picked up from your local post office or depot
5. Shipping Costs
A flat rate of £3.50 is charged for postage on orders below £50.00.

Return & Exchange Policy
I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely
satisfied, you may return it to me for a refund or if need be an exchange

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original unopened packaging and in a resalable condition, also they must be returned within Fourteen (14) days of receiving delivery.

Once the reason for the return can be ascertained and accepted, a refund Reference number will been sent to you, please place the item securely in its original delivery packaging including Refund Reference number and mail by recorded delivery, to the returns address given in the email.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return postal charges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least Two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take a few days to appear on your Bank/credit card statement, depending on your Bank/credit card company.
I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
